I take an integrated approach to every Therapeutic Massage session. After meeting with my client & looking over their health history & intake forms, I create an individualized session for their needs.
I incorporate a variety of techniques, including; Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myoskeletal, Friction, Passive & Active Stretching, Myofascial, & Cupping into each session based on the clients goals and input.
Every client is incharge of their massage! By maintaining a clear line of communication, I monitor your desired pressure level, comfort zone, & boundaries.
